Four years ago, influencer, author, and TV personality Caroline Receveur—known for her recent appearance on Dancing with the Stars, her influential blog, and her 2017 book No Filter—launched Wandertea. This premium line features 100% pure, natural tea blends designed to promote body and mind wellness. Caroline shares the personal motivations behind creating these expertly crafted infusions.
“I founded Wandertea four years ago after dealing with everyday issues like digestion problems, skin troubles, cellulite—you know, typical women's challenges. I avoided medications and instead explored the power of plants. I noticed France lacked wellness tea ranges with certified French manufacturing and genuine botanical expertise. So, I partnered with a master herbalist pharmacist to develop unique plant-based blends that target these common concerns.”
With stylish packaging and targeted formulations, Wandertea's post-holiday "Detox" and "Kick Ass" cures—which combat cellulite and water retention—have become hits. The "Flawless" range addresses skin imperfections, while the newest "Her Tea" eases PMS symptoms like mood swings, cramps, and bloating. Caroline drew directly from her experiences to develop them.
“I test everything myself as the ultimate guinea pig! For Her Tea, I tackled my own pre-period woes—issues every woman faces at some point. Each range stems from my personal struggles, refined in collaboration with my herbalist pharmacist to create effective plant and tea synergies.”
Previously available at Paris's DS café on Avenue Niel and Rue de Sontay (both menu and boutique with healthy options), Lily of the Valley tea room in the 4th arrondissement near République, select hotels like the Four Seasons Bora Bora spa, a Greek hotel chain, and boutiques such as Upper Organic and Season Loft in Paris. The big news? Wandertea is now stocked at Carrefour Market in Sèvres. Why just one location? Caroline explains:
“It's exclusive to the Sèvres Carrefour Market for now because it's a Carrefour Bio outlet. We might expand to similar organic spots later, but we're steering clear of mass distribution. We prefer specialized corners like this one with its unique organic focus.”
