Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for Cyril Lignac's mirabelle plum tart:
- 400 g mirabelle plums (40 pieces), washed and halved
- 3 brick sheets
- 50g + 25g melted butter
- 90g of tapioca
- 2 tablespoons slightly melted honey
- 4 tablespoons of crushed and toasted pistachios
Step-by-step preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Coat the pastry sheets on the front side with butter and place them on a pie ring or in a pie dish. Pour the tapioca over the pastry sheets to make a bed.
- On the tapioca, place the Mirabelle plums nicely next to each other, brush in a little melted butter and the honey. Bake for 20 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, unmold very carefully because the tart is fragile. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
