To prepare this chef-approved salad, you'll need:

  • 2 washed beefsteak tomatoes
  • 125 g washed cherry tomatoes
  • 2 drained buffalo mozzarella
  • 125 g washed and hulled strawberries
  • 125g raspberries
  • ½ peeled cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 25 cl of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • Fleur de sel and ground pepper

Preparation steps:

  1. Remove the peduncle from the beefsteak tomatoes and cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. In the bottom of a serving dish, place the slices of large tomatoes, then on top of the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the tomatoes. Cut the strawberries and cucumber into slices and add them harmoniously between the slices of mozzarella. Place the raspberries on the mozzarella.
  4. Fluff the basil in the bowl of the blender, pour in the olive oil and blend. Pour the preparation through the strainer. In a small bowl, mix the white balsamic vinegar and basil oil you just made. Then pour the mixture over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  5. Add fleur de sel and ground pepper. Add some lime zest using the grater.
