A major study tracking 140,000 people across multiple countries found that incorporating just 13 minutes of exercise each day could extend life expectancy by up to 3 years.

Participants who started with less than 30 minutes of exercise per week experienced a significant increase in life expectancy after ramping up to 90 minutes weekly—equivalent to about 13 minutes daily—for 12 months.
Even dedicated exercisers averaging 2.5 hours per week can gain more: adding 30 to 60 extra minutes could extend their lives by another 1.7 years.
