Miljuschka Witzenhausen confidently shares her curves on Instagram via her #honestphotos series. She's now expanded this into a revealing four-part documentary premiering on Videoland from October 1.
Previewing the series on Instagram, she reflects: "My life revolves around food. But a while back, I posted a #fair picture that turned my world upside down. The responses ranged from positive to negative. One thing was certain—this topic matters to me and to everyone."
She views the project as both thrilling and vital. "The female body is one of the most discussed topics besides the weather," she says. On RTL Boulevard, Miljuschka shares how her years of extreme dieting and intense sports were lost time. "I hardly have good memories of that."
By posting her honest photos, she hopes to dismantle body insecurities and foster self-acceptance.
