Kayla endured a high-risk pregnancy, spending two weeks in the hospital before giving birth. Drawing solace from other parents' blogs about premature babies, she launched her own Instagram account. "I checked one mother's page daily for news on her twins, born at 24 weeks. Their milestones convinced me my girls had a fighting chance," Kayla shared with Huffington Post US.
