  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Butter, for cooking

Preparation steps:

  2. Set aside. In another bowl, add milk and pumpkin puree.
