Ingredients:

  • 40cl of cream
  • A vanilla bean
  • 4 egg whites
  • 40g of sugar
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Star anise

How to Make Cyril Lignac's Panna Cotta

  1. Put 40 cl of cream to boil with a vanilla pod.
  2. Turn off the heat as soon as the cream has heated through.
  3. Mix 4 egg whites with 40 g of sugar and pour the cream on top.
  4. Then bake for 30 minutes at 120 degrees.
  5. As soon as the cream is cool, add strawberries, raspberries and star anise.
