Struggling to find time amid endless online meetings? "Start small with a lunch break walk," advises Timp. "Pay attention to how it affects your energy and focus for the rest of the afternoon. Notice a boost? Build it into a habit—a few times a week or daily. Invite neighbors working from home to join at a safe 1.5 meters distance."
