Stand with feet hip-width apart and lean forward slightly. Hold a weight in each hand with arms at your sides. Engage your core, keep your shoulders and back straight, and gaze forward. Slowly raise your arms out to the sides to shoulder height without overextending. Pause, then lower. Perform 3 sets of 10 reps.

Start in a wide push-up position with arms fully extended. Maintain a straight line from toes to head, keeping hips aligned. Slowly lower your body while maintaining that straight line, then push back up to the start. Hold for 3 sets of 1 minute each.
