For 2021, 112 new drugs, including 92 marketed in France, have been flagged. All are considered "more dangerous than helpful," with unfavorable benefit/risk balances. This spans treatments for cancers, diabetes, heart conditions, rheumatic pain, coughs, and dry eyes. The journal explains:
