Relaxing Leg Massage
This technique is ideal for soothing sore legs after a workout or long day on your feet. Sit with feet flat on the floor, place one hand on each leg, and knead from ankle to thigh. Focus extra attention on the top and outer thighs. Then, from knee to hip, press firmly on the thighs and release. Gently circle the knees clockwise. Finish by lightly tapping the thighs with the palms of your hands.
Anti-Headache Eye Massage
Perfect for a quick break from screen time. Sit with elbows on a table, place palms over closed eyelids for a few seconds. Using thumbs under each eyebrow near the nose, apply gentle pressure moving outward across the face. Then smooth along each eyebrow from inner end to temple.
Relaxing Hand Massage
Great for hands strained by keyboards or heavy lifting. Using your left thumb, make small clockwise circles in the center of your right palm. Smooth upward from the palm's center to the tip of the right thumb. Pinch the thumb tip between left thumb and index finger. Repeat for all fingers. Switch hands and repeat.
Relaxing Foot Massage
Targets the foot arch, especially after wearing high heels. With your right thumb, circle clockwise along the arch of your left foot. Gently rotate the big toe left to right and back. Do the same for all toes. End by tapping the entire foot with your palm. Repeat on the right foot.
De-Stressing Head Massage
Ideal for unwinding after stress or a tiring day. Rub hands together to warm them. Using fingertips, mimic shampooing motions for 1 minute. Comb through hair with fingers. Finish by tapping the entire scalp with fingertips to boost circulation.
