Ingredients:

  • 180g 85% dark chocolate
  • 180g unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
  • 1/2 packet baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Melt the 180g 85% dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons water. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the 180g unsweetened applesauce.
  2. Mix well, then add 2 tablespoons potato starch (or cornstarch) and the half packet of baking powder.
