This nutrient-packed elixir comes from Kimberly Snyder, a renowned American nutritionist. Reese learned about it from fellow actress Kerry Washington a decade ago. "I sat next to Kerry at an awards show," Reese recalls. "I didn't know her well, but I had to ask, 'Your skin is incredible—what's your secret?' She replied, 'I credit this drink. Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (without skin)
  • 1 lemon (without skin)
  • A few stalks of celery (optional)
  • Almond butter (optional)
