Starting March 16, the Dutch government is introducing small relaxations—dubbed 'corrections' by Prime Minister Mark Rutte. This means adults aged 27 and older can resume outdoor training in small groups.
With many gaining weight during the COVID-19 crisis, there's now more room for exercise. From March 16, you can work out outdoors in groups of four (up from pairs), while maintaining the 1.5-meter distance rule.
