1. Inspect your sportswear
Tight-fitting or synthetic fabrics trap moisture and irritate skin. Opt for breathable, moisture-wicking materials like merino wool or bamboo blends for relief.

2. Review your beauty products
Fragranced deodorants, lotions, or perfumes can mix with sweat, causing irritation. Laundry detergent residues play a role too—switch to fragrance-free, hypoallergenic options.
